Flex-a-min

Flex-a-min Complete is a product that aims to maintain and improve the health o joints, claiming to possibly start showing signs of improvement within a week. It contains ingredients that many other products offer in their formulas.

The first of these ingredients – and one of the most important – is glucosamine. Glucosamine, as it is found in the body, is a necessary part of our connective tissue, such as the cartilage in the joint area. It is absolutely crucial that these levels in our body do not get too low; if this happens, our joints can begin to suffer. Many experts recommend finding supplements that contain glucosamine to prevent this from occurring. The glucosamine in supplements is normally taken from shellfish. So while it is thought to be effective, users with shellfish allergies may want to stay away from such products.

Chondroitin is another part of connective tissue that cannot be underestimated concerning its value. In supplements that can be bought without a prescription, the chondroitin is generally taken from cow or pig byproducts, as it is thought that this chondroitin can mimic the functioning of our own. While thought to be very effective by many experts, it is for this reason that it is likely not for vegetarians.

Instead of aspirin, many herbal supplements are adding White Willow Bark to their ingredients. The extract is known to help pain subside, but is much easier on the stomach lining.
